Practise on the system. Before it matters.

People learn a system by doing their own job in it, with room to get it wrong. We build practice environments that mirror real tasks, so the first live record is not the first attempt.

You may be here if

Pick the line that sounds like your project.

  • A click-through of every screen is the only learning on offer.
  • Errors happen at hand-offs and exceptions, and nobody has practised them.
  • Nobody knows what to do when the system is down.
  • Attendance is recorded, and nobody can show who can do the task.
  • The first live record will be the first attempt.
  • Your people cannot leave the job for a classroom.

What we do

Safe practice

Four kinds of practice for the tasks your people really do.

  • Task simulationsShort simulations for each real task: watch it, try it, then do it unaided.
  • Scenario practiceScenarios built on realistic, anonymised records, including the awkward cases.
  • Downtime and failure drillsPractice for outages and fallback processes, so nobody improvises on the day.
  • Readiness checksTask-based checks by role, with results you can show before go-live.

What you receive

Plain English, with no technical jargon. Everything is handed over to a named owner in your business.

  • Short simulations for each real task: show me, try me, test me
  • Scenarios on realistic, anonymised records
  • Drills for outages and fallback processes
  • Task-based checks by role, with results you can show before go-live
  • Desktop, tablet and offline-capable formats, built in Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
  • AI speeds the work. Your experts sign it off.

What we delivered

A UK ambulance service: an electronic patient record used in the back of a moving ambulance

Problem

Staff needed to learn an electronic patient care record they use on the road, during patient transport. They cannot come off the road for a classroom.

What we did

Broke the whole system into 62 single tasks. Gave each task a short voiced introduction and an interactive simulation, built for tablets. Checked clinical content with a medical expert before release.

Result

The whole system covered task by task, so staff can find the one task they need when they need it.

What a programme lead asks

Will you use our live data?

No. We work with realistic, anonymised records. Your security team sets the rules and we follow them.

Do you configure or fix the systems?

No. We log configuration gaps and hand them to the owner. Our work follows the configuration you have.

Who does the work?

A small team of qualified practitioners with a named lead. The lead has over 20 years across regulated UK sectors.

How is it priced?

Fixed price or time-based, quoted against your scope. The figure is agreed before work starts.

What if the date moves?

We re-plan with you. The plan follows your go-live date, not ours.
