Salesforce went live.Did your people?
Your implementation partner configures and tests the system. We check that each role can do its real work in it, and support them on the floor.

You may be here if
Pick the line that sounds like your rollout.
- The licences are live and the old spreadsheets are still open.
- The only learning was a vendor webinar. Nobody taught your lead stages, hand-offs and rules.
- Your partner tested the system. Nobody has tested whether each role can do its job in it.
- Every release moves someone’s routine, and nobody briefs the users.
- The agent worked in the demo. Live data and live cases are messier.
- Agentforce is going in on data and process nobody has checked.
Where we fit
Your partner tests the system. We test the people. Three kinds of firm teach Salesforce users, and each leaves the same gap: nobody independent checks that each role can do its real work before go-live.
What we do
Alongside your partner’s sprints
Five steps. We do not configure Salesforce, build agents or test the system. We log every gap and hand it to your partner.
- Check readinessTen real tasks per role in your sandbox. The gap list goes to you and your partner.
- Practise on your orgBuilt from your design documents, test scripts and procedures. Your records, your rules.
- Stay on the floorSupport at go-live, a short list of the real questions, and same-day updates to job aids.
- Brief every releaseA short briefing per role after each Salesforce release, then a usage check.
- Hand overNamed owners and super-users, so support has an end date.
What you receive
Plain English, with no technical jargon. Delivered as sessions, short e-learning, video and quick-reference guides.
- A gap list per role, in plain language, for you and your partner
- A readiness score per role that you can report every week
- Learning built on your own org, from your design documents
- A short list of the real questions at go-live, with same-day job aid updates
- A short briefing per role after each release
- Named owners and super-users, so support has an end date
For implementation partners
You build it. We bring your client’s people with you. We work as your subcontractor on the people side: readiness, role-based learning, floor support and handover. We follow your sprint plan, use your test scripts, and never touch the configuration.
- Subcontract, under your statement of work. Your client sees one team.
- Your sprints. Learning built alongside each sprint, checked by your client’s experts before release.
- No configuration. Gaps go back to your team, logged and never fixed by us.
What we delivered
A UK distribution company: a national rollout of new tools, Salesforce among them
Problem
A new phone system and new tools were rolling out across every UK branch.
What we did
Visited every branch to install the tools and show users how to use them, acted as the link between users and IT, and produced guides, quick reference guides and videos, plus e-learning for all sales staff.
Result
Full UK branch coverage. The initial three-month contract was extended on delivery.

Why it stalls
Two dated sources. The “what it means” lines are our reading, not a finding.
Every release: Spring, Summer, Winter
What the data says. Salesforce ships three major releases a year, and its own admin guidance says to teach users the new features each time. Source type: vendor guidance. Salesforce admin blog
What it means for you (our reading). Learning is never finished at go-live.
What we do about it. A short briefing per role after each release, then a usage check.
Agentforce: Gartner June 2025, KeyBanc July 2026
What the data says. Gartner expects over 40% of agentic AI projects to be cancelled by the end of 2027, citing cost, unclear value and weak risk controls. In July 2026 KeyBanc analysts said Agentforce customers’ data is not ready. Source types: analyst forecast and analyst commentary. New Electronics on Gartner · CIO on KeyBanc
What it means for you (our reading). An agent is only as good as the data and process behind it. Check both before go-live.
What we do about it. We run real cases through it before go-live and hand the gaps to the people who own the data and the configuration.
A first step: a readiness check
Step one: a go-live readiness check
A fixed-scope check before go-live, or before you commit to a full programme. It shows where your people will get stuck while there is still time to fix it.
What you get
- A gap list per role, in plain language, for you and your partner.
- A readiness score per role that you can report every week.
- A programme plan sized to your go-live date and user base.
- A read-out to your programme board.
What we need from you
- A sandbox or training org that matches the live configuration, with realistic records.
- Two or three people per role who do the real job.
- A named contact at your implementation partner.
- A sponsor with the authority to act on the gap list.
- Fixed fee, agreed before work starts.
What it is not
We do not configure Salesforce, build agents or test the system. We log every gap and hand it to your partner.
What a programme lead asks
Isn’t this already in our partner’s scope?
It may be, and we do not duplicate it. Partner work covers the system as designed. We check whether your people can do their jobs in the system as configured. If your partner’s work is good, the readiness check will show it.
Do you configure or test Salesforce?
No. Your partner configures and tests the system. We check whether your people can use it, and log every gap back to the partner.
Will you use our live data?
No. We work in a sandbox or training org with realistic, anonymised records. Your security team sets the rules and we follow them.
What about Agentforce?
We run real cases through the agent before go-live, show people how to check what it produces, and hand data and configuration gaps to their owners.
Who does the work?
A small team of qualified practitioners with a named lead, who stays the same from the readiness check to handover. The lead has over 20 years across regulated UK sectors, from NHS records to energy settlement.
How is it priced?
The readiness check is a fixed fee, agreed before work starts. Everything after it is quoted against your scope, as a fixed price or on a time basis.
