Salesforce went live. Did your people?
Your implementation partner configures and tests the system. We make sure your people can do their real work in it: checked role by role, trained on your own org, supported on the floor. We don’t configure, so we have no stake in how it was built.
Where we fit
Your partner tests the system. We test the people.
Three kinds of firm train Salesforce users. Each leaves the same gap: nobody independent checks that each role can do its real work before go-live.
Course providers
Teach the product, usually in a training environment, to anyone who books.
The gap Your people still have to work out your lead stages, your hand-offs and your rules on their own.
Your implementation partner
Configures, tests, and often trains on what it built.
The gap It tests the system. Whether each role can do its job in it is a different question.
In-app guidance tools
Show people where to click, inside the screen.
The gap Clicking is not the job. Hand-offs, judgement and rules still need teaching.
Us
Independent of whoever built it. Working in your own org.
What we do Check each role before go-live, train on your configuration, support the floor and brief every release.
Why it stalls
Salesforce keeps changing. Training stops at go-live.
Two dated sources. The last two columns are our reading, not a finding.

What we hear
Four things buyers tell us
“We bought it. Nobody uses it properly.”
The licences are live and the old spreadsheets are still open.
What we do Check usage role by role, find where people stall, and fix the job aid, not the person.
“Training was a vendor webinar.”
Generic courses teach the product. Your people need your lead stages, your hand-offs and your rules.
What we do Train on your own org with your own records, built from your design documents and procedures.
“Every release breaks someone’s routine.”
Three releases a year move fields, buttons and flows.
What we do A short briefing per role after each release, then a usage check.
“The agent worked in the demo.”
Live data and live cases are messier than a demo.
What we do Run real cases through it before go-live and hand the gaps to whoever owns the data and the configuration.
How we work
Five steps, alongside your partner’s sprints
- Check readinessTen real tasks per role in your sandbox. The gap list goes to you and your partner.
- Train on your orgBuilt from your design documents, test scripts and procedures. Your records, your rules.
- Stay on the floorSupport at go-live, a short list of the real questions, and same-day updates to job aids.
- Brief every releaseA short briefing per role after each Salesforce release, then a usage check.
- Hand overNamed owners and super-users, so support has an end date.
Delivered as instructor-led sessions, short eLearning, video and quick-reference guides.
What we do not do. We do not configure Salesforce, build agents or test the system. We log every gap and hand it to your partner. Rolling out Copilot or another AI tool? See AI-assisted training and governed adoption.
Where to start
Start with a readiness check
A fixed-scope check before go-live, or before you commit to a full training programme. It shows where your people will get stuck while there is still time to fix it.
What you get
- A gap list per role, in plain language, for you and your partner.
- A readiness score per role that you can report every week.
- A training plan sized to your go-live date and user base.
- A read-out to your programme board.
What we need from you
- A sandbox or training org that matches the live configuration, with realistic records.
- Two or three people per role who do the real job.
- A named contact at your implementation partner.
- A sponsor with the authority to act on the gap list.
Fixed fee, agreed before work starts.
For implementation partners
You build it. We bring your client’s people with you.
We work as your subcontractor on the people side: readiness, role-based training, floor support and handover. We follow your sprint plan, use your test scripts, and never touch the configuration.
Under your statement of work. Your client sees one team.
Training built alongside each sprint. Checked by your client’s experts before release.
Gaps go back to your team. Logged, never fixed by us.

Buyer questions
What a programme lead asks before buying
Isn’t training already in our partner’s scope?
It may be, and we do not duplicate it. Partner training covers the system as designed. We check whether your people can do their jobs in the system as configured. If your partner’s training is good, the readiness check will show it.
Do you configure or test Salesforce?
No. Your partner configures and tests the system. We test whether your people can use it, and log every gap back to the partner.
Will you use our live data?
No. We work in a sandbox or training org with realistic, anonymised records. Your security team sets the rules and we follow them.
What about Agentforce?
We run real cases through the agent before go-live, train people to check what it produces, and hand data and configuration gaps to their owners.
How is it priced?
The readiness check is a fixed fee, agreed before work starts. Training and floor support are quoted against your scope.
Next step
Send three lines. We will tell you where it will stall.
Tell us what is going live, when, and who will use it. We reply with the three places we would look first.
