Engagements are led by director Christopher Whitaker. Experience covers systems training, instructional design, eLearning, classroom and virtual delivery, readiness, go-live support and handover across regulated and operational environments.
The approach combines systems-training experience, instructional design, facilitation, change practice and Communication Psychology. The psychology supports the learning design. It is not a separate theory product.
