This is because some clients just need a look over a training solution to ensure all outcomes are met and a full day is not required.
Sometimes a project needs a much larger piece of work including working with a project team and SMEs.
In this case, I provide a detailed quotation that includes a training cost calculator that can be agreed upon before starting work.

A few years back I did a project with a hidden camera investigator. It was so fun!
I learned how to make secret visits in businesses and the methods used.
That gave me an idea, why not use these techniques to assess a training course?
We all behave differently when we know we are being assessed but how do you know that the training you have invested in?
That’s where this service comes in.

Train the Trainer
As a trainer of over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with and learning from some of the best trainers in the industry.
This combined with my experience and education allows me to make custom train-the-trainer courses for your business.
Generic courses are also available for Face to Face, eLearning (Storyline) and instructional design.
This includes a 3 stage coaching plan
Stage 1
Pre-assessment visit to analyse any coaching issues or issues that need improvement
Stage 2
Deliver the training solution agreed including any blended solutions
Stage 3
Post-training analysis is conducted and a final training solution is provided including a follow-up visit, custom e-learning etc.
The nature of train-the-trainer can be very bespoke. Often your trainers are very good but stuck in a specific cycle and needs an outsider to come along and help break the routine.
